Completion reports update program information for students who have completed a certification program. For example, when you run the Board Notification List report, which contains a list of students who have completed the requirements for the selected program, student records are updated as well as fields on the Register a student by program window.
To generate a completion report
1. From Certification, select Generate reports to open the Generate reports window.
2. From Report Types, select Completion.
3. From Available Reports, select a report.
4. Click Set Report Destination and select an output option.
5. Click Run.
The Certification Selections window opens.
6. Select a search option:
□ Single Program - Enter a program code, or click the lookup icon to select a program. Processes a report for the single program.
□ All Active Programs - Processes a report for all active programs
□ Adhoc Search - Create the search criteria to use to process the report.
7. Click OK to run the report.
To view program status after the completion report is run
1. From Certification, select Register a student > By program to open the Register a student by program window.
2. Click Open.
3. Enter an ID in the Registrant field.
4. Press Tab.
The student's record is displayed. The Board Notified? field is checked and the When? field contains today's date.
